The year began with changes in the senior management of the Dara Institute. Beginning February 2025, Sabrina Porcher became Dara’s new Executive Director. She replaces José Land Neto, who has contributed to the organization for over two years.
For the last four years, Sabrina has been responsible for Dara’s Expansion team, and has led several projects to disseminate and implement the Family Action Plan methodology in organizations both in Brazil and abroad. Sabrina’s leadership, strategic vision and ability to transform challenges into opportunities for positive social change are strengths that are well recognized.
“Taking on the position of Executive Diretor at Dara is a great challenge and a huge responsibility.  I am honored and hope to reaffirm our commitment to human development and the promotion of a more egalitarian world. The transition is taking place very smoothly with Land remaining until the end of February as a consultant. Land has promoted profound changes at Dara and leaves a huge legacy”, says Sabrina.
